Phone lines can be busy at peak time of 8am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm. Please use the online form whenever possible.

- please book only ONE appointment at a time, so appointments are fair for everyone.

Your appointment
Depending on your needs, we may offer:
- a face-to-face appointment
- a telephone appointment
Telephone appointments
- are flexible and convenient
- they may not be suitable for new problems that need an examination, e.g rashes, lumps, joint problems, under 5 years old, etc.
- you will need to be available up to 60 minutes before or after your scheduled time.
- you'll need to make sure you are somewhere quiet and private place.
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, you will be asked to reschedule.

- the appointment times are usually 15 minutes in length.

Urgent appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible, so that we can offer this appointment to someone else.
To cancel your appointment:

- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
- use our appointment cancellation form, Monday to Friday available during our opening times.

At the surgery we offer some appointments outside of normal surgery hours. Extended access offered on Mondays and Thursday Evenings and some Saturdays.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
In a mental health crisis, please call 111 and select option 2. Go to information about this service.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email.
- If you need an interpreter.
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will arrange a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. It’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible on 020 7405 2739.
If we receive a request after 11am it is may not be possible to do a visit that day.
