Provides free, confidential help for problems such as stress, worry, depression and insomnia

Mind – local branch in Westminster

  • Mind offers services, support and activities to support people living in Westminster and neighbouring boroughs whose lives have been affected by mental health problems

Cruse Bereavement Care

  • Offers support, advice and information  to children, young people and adults who have lost someone

NHS Talking Therapies (Central and North West London)

  • Free, confidential NHS service to help with anxiety and depression
  • Specially trained clinicians can be contacted online, on the phone or in person.
  • Ask your GP to refer you or you can refer yourself online.

Westminster Talking Therapies Service (IAPT)

  • you must be registered with a Westminster GP and/ or live in Westminster.
  • complete the short questionnaire on their website to check if this service is appropriate for you
  • your GP or Health Worker can refer you to the service, or you can refer yourself.
