Your appointment

Whichever way you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

Phone appointments are flexible but may not be suitable for new problems requiring an examination. Please be available up to 60 minutes before or after your scheduled time. Ensure you’re in a quiet, private place where you can talk comfortably. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, you will be asked to reschedule.

For Face-to-Face appointments it is important that you arrive on time. Appointment times are usually 15 minutes in length.
